May I throw my humble opinion into this whole mix? First and foremost, i am not racist. Ive never cared about skin color or race or beliefs. I cant comment here on this particular story but only give perspective to what I see in my own community. Perhaps my sentiments will be met with hostility. I honestly dont think its so much about skin color as its about Culture. I hire them, and give them the same oppertunities I give anyone else. If I see someone making an effort showing they want more.. I lead them to and I lead them quickly too the water. I match their motivation with equal determination. I taught countless folks. Now if this must be about race for understand then fine let me be more pointed. I have taken so many black people that had nothing when they came to me. When I noticed a pattern of taking pride, showing up on time and putting in effort I immediately lock on to that. I then approach them and sit down. I make an offer. my offer is simple. Work your ass off, try as hard as you can and I will quickly teach you a skill thats in demand no matter where you are in america or perhaps the world. Within 1 year I can teach someone to be competent enough at repairing appliances to go out on their own and make a pandemic/recession proof career with limitless potential. Felons,black people whomever I dont care. I want to share but only to those who show me they want more and will put the work in. The black communities in my area are dangerous especially after dark. There are 2 areas you wont find me after then sun has set. Ive been robbed at knife/gun point 3 times. All by members of these communities. I can go into any white community and not have any problems. Black communities as a whole are dirty.. You see trash laying everywhere, graffiti and vandalism. You go into white communities you dont even see a fraction of this. Its not skin, its culture. Wells Fargo bank in black community... I was depositing a check. The counter girl took my check to the drive through window and then screamed "Damn thats one sweet ass truck!" "Yo how the hell did you get it that high?!" now when I go to the same bank in a white community I get greeted and my check cashed. no having to wait while the girl screams in glee obscenities' at a truck that pulled up. This is a bank, not a club. This is what I mean by culture. This same problem exists in other places and stores as well. This is the aspect that makes those people "scared" and in your eyes racist. We dont want that. I dont want that. Im not some silver spoon up my ass affluent snot either. I split my earnings equal with all of my employees so we ALL can grow. But let me guess, you are calling me racist right now. Im treated differently by the black communities by just being white. The moment I call in for some help and it happens to be one of my black employees I literally see and instant change in how mood goes. All of a sudden people are laughing and smiling. But with me the slice of wonderbread alone... Yeah, by default im not liked or at the very least not wanted. Its not skin, its culture. Yet nobody wants to address this... But ofcourse im a racist.

The Starbucks Manager or whoever called the police on these gentlemen should be arrested themselves for racial profiling. Here in Germany cops are usually the mediator trying to resolve things, then again we usually never get pulled guns on unless someone actually has a weapon (like a knife) in their hand and acts aggressive. This reminds me of one morning when I had just pumped gas and went inside to get a coffee and some snacks. The white lady in front of me couldn’t get her credit card to work and she became irate. She turned around and looked directly at me and asked me what I was looking at. I told her I was just waiting in line like everyone else. She literally blew up because she couldn’t make her purchase. I tried to defuse the situation and I offered to pay for her Pop, Cigarettes and Snacks and she then blew up and cussed me out for being rude. The guy behind the counter pointed to the Door and told her to leave immediately.
