I don't think that would be possible since NetherRealm is owned by Warner Bros, who also owns DC Comics. Ghost Rider is a Marvel property.

Both a nod to Geras the Movie Buff and to the events of First Blood. (While Rambo was right to object to the treatment, his actions later on were disproportionate somewhat (moreso in the book))
