A lot of people will tell you this movie is “Girl good/Boy bad” propaganda. But anyone able to think outside the box could tell you it’s really about hypocritical misandry, and the ridiculousness of New Age feminist viewpoints. Edit: until the final 30 minutes, which were thematically incongruent with the rest of the film lol

The Plot starts good, but then goes down strictly. Raid of a nursery and then the Characters are gone for the entire movie. I also dont like how a 'strong women' is depicted here. Evil Female Charakters are normally something i root for... but here the Character is feeling bland and the Plot is stupid. For Real, they killed the doctor but not her gf if it Was possible? And then go into full revenge Mode? Wtf?

Also, I think the mafia thing was out of context. I would have just enjoyed watching an even smarter family member ripping apart her empire in her own game until she losses everything, not that's proper vengeance towards someone powerful!

I just can say... I needed that ending like I need air for breathing, God, I got scared for a second there.

I am sooo dead! I was liking this N movie so far. The cast from the blonde, old lady, and Eiza Gonzales was great. Till that shorty came on as the son, looking a bad ass narco and then doing yoga . That shit killed me. Therefore it's 3 star movie. Netflix keeps giving 50 percent on their movies.

A Game of Thrones rollercoaster type of ride with a game changer ; a satisfying ending.

A very shallow film. It was a mess - there was a social element, there was the Russian mafia, superhero-film moments, a story about missing diamonds, general messages about how wicked the rich are... this film combines everything possible. But none of these themes is well developed. Separate elements are combined together so that a fake dynamic is created. The movie fails in every single one of these aspects. It fails to state what it actually is just because it is nothing, an eclectic mixture without a purpose or a message, with badly scripted plot and characters. It is also clear why Rosamund Pike was chosen for the leading role - the creators count on her previous success with a similar role in "Gone girl".

This movie had me smiling at a dying character and then the brilliance of this woman. God, What an actress.

I agreed with The Perfection. Just like this movie the romance between the two leads was a little unnecessary kinda like they wanted us to feel bad when she died in front of her gf.

I couldn’t even watch the full movie. I just read the plot and knew that justice had been served, so I skipped to that part. I swear this gets to my nerves but that just means that it’s a good movie and Rosamund is an even better actor.

Watched this twice. Stellar acting by Rosamund Pike, Peter Dinklage, Diane Wiest and the supporting cast. Could have used more Diane Wiest, actually. Rosamund Pike is damn good at playing these icy characters that you despise but just can’t stop watching. She deserves the Golden Globe nomination and will likely receive an Oscar nomination as well. This film has people talking, as it should. 8.5/10

Satisfying ending

Not a legal guardian but just wanted to say FYI that very few people end up as wards who are even close to mentally intact, and if any of them were able to have a normal conversation, use a phone, or move around on their own it would raise flags. Most of them are demented to the point they cannot speak, cannot swallow normal foods, cannot move on their own. The ones with more mobile ones like frontotemporal dementia will pace and cry and hit themselves, rub feces on themselves and others, bite. It is a real horror show that is rarely seen in media.
