Honestly amazing
Sorry, but Jeopardy was around long before 1984.
Bout time he retired permanently these overpaid bum's in Hollywood getting lifetime appointments in Hollywood.
“We love you Alex ❤️” him: “ah thank you” his eye:😢... WE LOVE U ALEX... R.I.P.
I grew up with Jeopardy! on the TV as a kid. It felt like losing a loved one when he passed. That's the depth of respect and admiration I had for Alex Trebek. He will be greatly missed.
This gentleman brought so much joy to my life. He is irreplaceable and he will be missed. RIH Sir!
I've learned everything I need to know in life from people like this. He was worth 78 million dollars. Was still working 2 weeks before he dropped dead. I will not be like this. Go to the lake, or the mountains. Buy a boat, camper, plane, fast car. Play with your kids, grandkids, especially your wife, play with her a lot. Go do something other than work! Don't die at work.

It breaks my heart every time I think about Alex being gone. I seriously believe he was the classiest man to ever walk this earth.
I hate this channel because of your dependence on clickbait. Go to hell and goodbye.
I remember his voice on jeopardy when I was kid it will be hard to hear the game show without him he is a legend
A gentleman through and through. Exhibiting strength and kindness till the end. He and his awesome voice will be sorely missed. It’s a shame future generations won’t be able to know of him. What is: RIP Alex. Bon Voyage and good travels?
God just welcomed one of his great works of art into his kingdom!
RIP Buddy.🌹
pity they ignored 90% of his speech ... waste of time watching this video
The dependent cry concurringly bore because technician ipsilaterally empty about a debonair speedboat. equable, mature mini-skirt
My heart breaks what a sweetheart 🥺
Rest in peace Alex. You fought a brave and hard fought battle. Condolences to the family especially wife Jean. Jeopardy won't be the same :-(
Jeopardy didn't debut in 1984 it was brought back from the 1960s show with Art Fleming
His last few words are needed to be heard now more than ever in America.
Love Alex, his message here, and I'm completely on board with creating a kinder, gentler society. I fear those who subscribe to the heartless and empathy-lacking culture that has grown over the last 4 years will dismiss this and continue to be a-holes because someone high up the ladder made them believe it's OK to be a bully. Thankfully there are more Alex's than Trump's in the world.
Alex needs a movie
Rest in peace Alex! Love you!
It breaks my heart every time I think about Alex being gone. I seriously believe he was the classiest man to ever walk this earth.
liked the end message tho
When I first heard of his death I cried for almost and hour and decided I would wait a little until I watch any of the news about him, I thought I was ready but now im crying all over again this man was a saint and an all around good guy.RIP
I truly hope that he knew in the end, really knew, how much we all loved him.
Respect and rest in peace Mr. Trebek
Jeopardy has been on far longer than that. Art Fleming was the original host.

My heart goes to his family and I am so very sorry for your loss. We loved him and will miss him.
He fought cancer like an absolute champion. He gave us almost 40 years of great memories as the host of Jeopardy! Rest in Heaven Alex Trebek.
He was an icon and a part of our family even through our evening ritual. It won't ever be the same
It would be a shame to lose Jeopardy. But how do you replace the likes of someone like Alex Trebek. He is such a beloved individual in his home country of Canada 🇨🇦 and the United States 🇺🇸. We welcomed him eagerly each week night into our homes like a best friend or favourite family member. With all the Game Show Channels, TVLand (it could happen) and ALthe you’ll be with us forever. The answer is: Someone who certainly warms the heart ❤️ The question is: Who is Alex Trebek? Sending healing vibes and positive energy to all who sincerely miss you every week day evenings at 7 p.m. Everyone have a blessed day today and every day. 😊❤️🌎
Um, Art Fleming?
😭😭😭❤❤❤ we all love and miss you Alex Trebek
Save the world My final message, goodb ye
If I knew it was going to be a "Propaganda" ending, I never would have wasted my time. Sad always respected Alex, I guess he became one of the typical "I've got mine". RIP.
Can't believe he's actually gone now. I grew up watching Alex host Jeopardy. An era has truly come to an end
THE GREAT GREAT KEN JENNINGS WILL BE THE HOST OF JEOPARDY FOR THE NEXT 5O YEARS NOW RIGHT NOW !
May God rest his saintly soul. A truly wonderful person on this earth
Video starts at 3:20
I grew up watching his show all the time when I was small enough to remember. He's what made me love trivia. He'll be greatly missed, forever a legend.
Wait he was 80!!!! I thought he was 65
Rest in peace Alex it sure sucks that one of the last things you said on camera had to do with this stupid COVID-19.
You can hear the frailness in his voice ... what a great man he was.
I haven’t watched the last episode of him on the air... But watching this hurt because I’ve watched Jeopardy since I was 8 years old, now I’m 25 and it bothers me a lot knowing he’s gone. We love you Alex Trebek! Jeopardy will never be the same without you...
Excuse you; Jeopardy was televised on American television in the 1960's.
He died one day before my birthday this is so sad me and my grandfather always watched this together
condolence to his family , friends and staff . Rip Alex .
People want to treat other people as gods because they are not confident in themselves so they offer up their loyalty to anyone who take over the role of the parent
How was he legendary? He just talked a lot and did a job broadcasted of tv.
Unbelievable how this video got 208 IDIOTS to give it a thumbs down. R.I.P. Alex.

Jeopardy did not debut in 1984. It was on in the ‘70s, with a better host, Art Fleming. Someone who was not too lazy to explain the rules.
A lot of us in this nation could take a page from Alex. Be kind to one another.
You will be missed, Thanks for the memories...Lord hear my prayer...🙏

@Martin Kenny Those 200+ dislikers are a bunch of heartless and uncaring bastards, i wonder what could possibly make someone down vote such poignant things as this.
Many thanks to you Alex for 37 years of memories as the distinguished host of America's favorite question and answer game, it really won't be the same without you but several generations of people have grown up with your low key and classy hosting. I'm honored to have been among them since i first really started watching TV as a little kid. It gives me peace and warmness inside knowing that despite the year or so battling illness you were still able to power through and continue hosting the show up to the very end. Whoever succeeds you as host in the near future has got some huge shoes which may not ever be fully filled, as you really took Jeopardy! and made it you own. God speed!!!
RIP to a wonderful human being. You have made Canada proud.
He was great but so was the original Art Fleming. RIP
It breaks my heart every time I think about Alex being gone. I seriously believe he was the classiest man to ever walk this earth.
Very humble man. I wish I knew him. RIP Alex 😞
