thank you, best present for someone who hasn't filmed before, i even had a go as someone never using a drone of any kind and hating any remote control (and non gamer) and soooo easy to use, only downside is his ph can't work the app but my old iphone works well, that side is totally my fault lol still best present i have given ever

Are you sure it's not just you hearing your own voice? I always hate hearing my recorded voice and the I realize that's what I sound like! Have you asked others opinions?

I owned 2 Mavic Pro Platinums and the quality of those surpass this so much! I'm very partial to this drone so far however I'm only just into the intro of the actual review after the footage. I'll keep watching to see if ill change my mind. Here's hoping 🤞🙏

I love your content DJI has a good product but their customer service suck where do you draw the line to say the product is good but I don't recommend their product because of their customer service?

I’m looking forward to a DJI mini 2 pro and a DJI mini 3 with that has the same hasselblad camera that’s on the Mavic2pro with 10 bit and 4K resolution. Is that possible DJi ? If it is I would pay premium price (the same price I paid for the Mavic2pro without complaining) I wish they can do that it would make it so easy to put it in my jacket pocket . I wish they brought back the older smaller controllers I hate this new bigger one it’s not a good design at all they went forward with the drone but backward with the controller design holy shit they need to really fire the decision maker in the controller department seriously stupid move DJI .

100 grams added weight on the controller makes a gigantic difference in the portability of the device. I backpack with the Mavic Mini & deploy it in places that 99% of you would never think of hitting. To ask someone who backpacks to carry 4 ounces of dead weight runs counter to everything about backpacking and being ultralight. This series is supposed to be ultralight...& it deserves a controller that meets that standard. I shoot manual at all times with proper filters for all situations. I see ZERO BENEFITS that the Mini 2 offers for people like us over the Mavic Mini.

4K 30fps is kinda bad. My phone camera has the same exact capabilities with same quality. Come on, at least have 4K 45 fps.

I love everything about Mini 2, just one thing stops me to grab it right away, it's the 12mp photo size, I'm worry it's not enough for cropping when needed. And yes, I shoot photos mostly, not video. WARNING! the dji fly app requires a phone that supports android 6.0 as written on their site but this is a necessary but not sufficient condition. YOU MUST OWN A 64bit PHONE otherwise you will not be able to install the app and fly your MINI 2 DJI "forgot" to include this info on their site ...

I would love to see your thoughts on the skydio 2. I've been following your channel here for a while, and I'm looking at them over the mavic 2 pro (or possibly the mavic 3 pro depending on its final release date). I'd love to see what you think between the two. I've heard a lot of great things about skydio, specifically relating to their obstacle avoidance and speed.

I have an original iPhone X. I just purchased the DJI mini 2 and my controller won’t link with my phone. I am currently on IOS 14.2. I contacted DJI and they said it was something they need to work on with the IOS. How can that not link with IOS 14.2 on a original iPhone X. Has anyone else heard about this?

Hi, would love to get your advice on some issue I have with my Mavic mini (version 1). The matter is it flies on 50 meters each direction( height, distance) only. Understand that there is some restriction I need to remove, however do not know how to do it. Will you you help me please 🙏🔥

That wrap that holds the propellers in place when closed should be redesigned to also wrap around the end where the gimbal is. It would be sweet to have that all protected that little bit extra when traveling with it.

I have the mavic 2 pro. But i travel a lot in Mexico. And the mavic mini 2 is perfect for that . Small not heavy for the backpack.

I re-watched the video and noticed all the footage is actually super sharp is this a defect of the drone or post production? all the edges seem to have aliasing, can this be corrected?

Dji deliberately crippled the mini just so they could release the mini 2 with no real changes. The 4k was avail in the mini 1 camera HARDWARE but Dji was being lazy and knew they could get away with raping the sheep consumers with a bullshit upgrade. Dji has no competition and is now worse then appl/

Footage looks like the original mavic - maybe a little bit better. Bad compression that you're gonna have to work around. Cant wait to download some of footage from this drone and play around.
